Day 5

First we start the program with an instruction into the topic of water.

We had to write down what we imagine when we think about the word “water”.

After this, we found groups of Indians and Germans and we had to draw pictures. But there was one difficult : we weren’t allowed to speak.

Suddenly it began to rain. It was a great feeling when the cold water touched our hot skin.

Then we had lunch.
At 2:30 pm we drove to the small village “Pourur”.

Lukas showed us the village and told us a lot about the living conditions.
We saw a tap for the drinking water.
The village people were very happy and want to take fotos with us.

At the way back to NR. Secondary School we met Selvi, who is one of the Indians who visited Germany last year.
When we arrived at the “arul illam” (Wohnheim) we started our “water – project” and give the Indian students a cup for our water-experiment.
Then we plant some Kresse-seeds in a cup with cotton.

At last we explained the brush – game.

We finished the evening with our dinner.
